About the BFRB Foundation

Raising awareness. Reducing shame. Supporting recovery.

No one should have to struggle with BFRBs alone.

The BFRB Foundation exists to make support clearer, more accessible, and easier to find.

Many people live with BFRBs without clear information, effective care, or a community that truly understands.

We’re here to change that.

We connect people to trusted education, real support, and a growing community so no one has to navigate this alone.

Why We Exist

Too many people with BFRBs are told to “just stop”, as if it’s that simple.

They’re often misunderstood, even by professionals, and left trying to figure things out on their own.

Finding the right help can feel confusing, frustrating, and simply out of reach.

We believe that has to change.

The BFRB Foundation was created to make support clearer, more accessible, and easier to navigate so people can finally find what actually helps.

What We Do

We focus on three core areas to make support clearer and more accessible.

Education

Clear, accessible information about BFRBs grounded in what actually helps, not guesswork.

Community

Spaces for real connection where people feel understood, supported, and less alone.

Access to Care

Help finding providers who truly understand BFRBs and deliver effective, evidence-informed treatment.

Our Approach

Everything we create is grounded in compassion, clarity, and evidence-informed care.

Real support should feel clear, approachable, and grounded in what actually helps.

We meet people where they are, whether they are just beginning to learn about BFRBs or actively seeking help. We help them take the next step forward.

Who We’re Here For

We support individuals experiencing BFRBs, as well as parents, loved ones, and professionals seeking to better understand and help.

Whether you're just starting or have been struggling for years, you belong here.

You don’t have to do this alone.
