This group is for adults experiencing body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), including hair pulling, skin picking, nail biting, and related behaviors.

About This Group
This peer support group offers a welcoming space for adults living with BFRBs to connect, share experiences, and support one another.

The group's mission is to help reduce the shame and isolation that can come from living with a BFRB while building a supportive local community.
