This group is for individuals experiencing body-focused repetitive behaviors, including hair pulling, skin picking, and related behaviors.

About This Group
This peer support group offers a supportive, non-judgmental space to connect with others, share experiences, and learn practical strategies for managing BFRBs.

It helps individuals build awareness, develop coping strategies, and feel supported while working toward change.
